Hi all, my lovely housemate is moving away to live in a tropical paradise so I need to find a new housemate,

About the location:

For those who don’t know the area has everything you need within a 1 mile radius;
Street food
bars
spas
good travel connections
festivals
galleries
parks
you name it it’s probably close by

About the room:

Its a good sized furnished double room (the rooms aren’t next to each other if that makes a difference), has everything you’d expect a bedroom to have (pics will be uploaded shortly). The bedroom window opens up onto a large balcony which has a few plants in it.

About me;

I’m a pretty easy going guy, happy to chat in the evening or leave you to your own devices, i’m a bit of a geek (sci-fi, marvel etc.) but i’m no Sheldon!

About you:

Easy going, stress free and clean person, respectful of space and looking for a home instead of somewhere just to crash, if you like going out at night, no biggie just don’t make loads of noise on you way in :). no preferences on anything else
