The room is in really nice neighborhood and in zone 2.
The rent doesn’t include bills. Bills come to around £140 (per person): £20 for water, £15 internet, £55 council tax, gas & electricity £50-£70.
Happy to welcome someone who’s chill and respectful. Working full-time. I’m working from home a lot, so it’ll be better if you go to the office – otherwise it’s a little too crowded. Ideally not a smoker. But drop me a message even if you don’t fit all the criteria.
Every amenity in the kitchen works fine. You’re welcome to use it as much as you want. Will be holding viewings on Tuesday all day, Thursday and Friday till 6 pm. Drop me a message here to arrange.
