This is a spacious 4 story house 1 minute walk form Hoxton Station. The house comes with a lovely low maintenance garden/patio, 2 receptions, a kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and a main bathroom including a stand alone bathtub (as well as shower).

The room in question is a large bedroom with plenty of storage space including, cupboards, shelves for plants/books and a ,massive 3 part wardrobe to fit both the summer and winter wardrobes easily! The room also comes with a small but perfect en-suite with a power shower, sink, and toilet.

I am leaving due to taking a job abroad so am charged with finding the remaining flatmates a better replacement (not hard). The two guys that live here I know from uni and are both working young professionals.

One works on a well known breakfast show as a video producer and the other works in data (zzz). As a flat we enjoy going out to eat / socialise / watching sport / cycling / staying fit in the gym, music and attempting to cook!

The room would be perfect for someone working from home or close by in the city as you can walk into shoreditch or old street within 10/15 minutes and cycle in less!

The area is has great transport links, Dalston, Shoreditch, Victoria Park, Hackney Wick, and London Fields are all easily accessible within 20 minutes by various methods of transport (or legs).

Broadway Market, Victoria Park Market, Bistro’s, Cafe’s, Bar’s, Pub’s, Club’s, Galleries and more are all right on your doorstep so you will never be short of something to do midweek or on the weekend!

The process would involve completing the agency checks and then taking over my contract.
