This room is a lovely double over looking woods, suede otterman storage bed, desk unit with storage, velvet chair, treble wardrobe, blackout blinds and curtains so daylight doesn’t wake you.
It shares a bathroom with only one other housemate who keeps the bathroom clean, all other tenants have ensuites.

Only 1 mile from the city centre, hub with all the nightlife & train station.
There is a wood 2mins walk away great for jogging and having picnics.

The area is safe and very quiet with ample parking, the house mates are all friendly professionals who occasionally have a film, bowling or games nights.

We are looking for either a single person or couple who are clean and respectful of others.

The house has 3 shared areas, a livingroom, kitchen & conservatory 2 washing machines plus drying room , a down stairs toilet & 2 lovely relaxing gardens great in the nice weather not overlooked so quite private.
The house feels like home and we are looking for someone who will appreciate this & respect others. We travel quiet alot and work as house sitters so not there very much.
