Big double room available in a duplex garden flat on St Katharine’s Dock. The flat has a spacious shared open plan living room / kitchen diner which opens onto the patio garden. The living room has a sofa, lounge chair, coffee tables, rug and projector. The flat is around 960sqm.

There is a spare room for guests which doubles as a study/wfh space available for use, as well as parking space in a secure garage.

The kitchen is recently refurbished and includes a dishwasher. I’m also very happy to share my nespresso machine, sandwich toaster, slow cooker and blender 😊. Washer/dryer also included.

The area is lovely – on the river, peaceful and safe (the dock feels like a little oasis in the centre of London) but walking distance into the City and Spitalfields/Shoreditch. Tower Hill and Tower Gateway are the closest stations at around 10 mins walk (good for Canary Wharf), followed by London Bridge and Bank at 15-20. I walk to my work in Bishopsgate in 20 minutes. I go in most days.

Multiple gyms nearby, 2 within 5 minutes walk. The dock and bank side are beautiful for running.

I am an easy going 25 y/o young professional working in finance. I love exploring London and trying new bars and restaurants, as well as relaxing at home with wine and Netflix.
