This is situated at the ground floor of a town house and the tenant has sole access to all of it. This comes furnished with all appliances in the kitchen + washing machine + fridge and bed/wardrobe all provided.

All bills are included in the price.

Please treat everything as if it’s were your own as I have bought the items for use by the tenant. Parking is available both in the driveway or road directly outside the house both very secure as I use both myself. The landlord/myself is situated in the top 2 floors so it’s independent living. This is not a multiple shared accommodation, the only people living in the house would be myself and the tenant.
