It is in a great location with own shower and toilet. The flat is quiet as does not face the street. It is on the groundfloor. Key to gorgeous private shared garden. Near Royal Oak station, Bayswater and Queensway.

3 months lump sum entry and 2 month lump sum one month in advance of final 2 month stay.

This studio is ideally suited to a tidy and respectful solo person with minimal belongings due to lack of storage space and that is understanding and respectful that my personal belongings will remain while I am away.
