12 Vyner Street is a large open plan studio apartment in Cambridge Heath. Originally a textile factory it has kept a lot of the original features.

It is an inspiring space with a peaceful, grounding and creative energy. I have been lucky to call this my home for the last year.

From November my partner Jai and I will be living here (in two separate rooms).
It is is a three bedroom apartment and we are looking for an emotionally mature, easy going and open minded person to share this special space with.

Jai and I are both working professionals. Jai works in AI (driverless cars) and I curate live events and music at a members club in central London. We are at work most weekdays and work from home 1-2 days a week.

We are both vegetarian so ideally someone who is also vegetarian/ vegan would be great. We also practice yoga, meditation and chanting in the shared space, and whoever is living with us is more than welcome to join 🧘‍♂️ 🧘‍♀️

We like fun too! We are both pretty social and into music (live and electronic). We plan to host dinner parties, concerts, DJ mixing sessions and occasional parties in the shared space. Hope that excites you!

A sense of community and generosity in the shared space is important to us so if you move in we would aim aim to eat together once a week and would welcome active participation in keeping the house clean, tidy and welcoming.

Finally- My Maine Coone cat Ludo lives at Vyner Street too. He is a very special creature and a key member of the team so please only apply if you actively like cats!

Location: Vyner Street is next to the canal and a 5 minute walk from Victoria Park and a 10 minute walk from Bethnal Green station which connects the central line to central London.
