I have been live there for 1 year and I am really happy and really satisfying about living in this place. My roommate moved out to canary wharf to start a new job so there is a vacancy in this room.

This is a room in the center of London, and the location is very very convenient. Tesco is just downstairs. 2 min to barbican station , a very good gym and barbican center(where there is library, concert hall and botany garden), 17 min-walk to Liverpool street station. 23 min-walk to LSE. Visa center is only 10 min-walk. St. Paul’s Cathedral and a shopping area is also within 15 min walk.

You will have the living room, which is 20 m^2 and an attached balcony by yourself. You will need to share a big kitchen and the bath room with me. I will live in the small bedroom (8 m^2). If you are willing to share some of the dining space the rent can be argued to a bit lower. The reason that I would to the small room is that I will only live in London for 3-4 days per week during Oct.1-Dec.1 and I will stay in other place during weekend.

Water bill is included in the rent. The internet fee and the electricity fee is not included. For reference, the internet fee is around 25 pounds per person per month and the average electricity and gas fee altogether is around 50 pounds per person over August.

I myself is a second year PhD in the statistics department at LSE. I quite like social and drawing. I hope to find a Female roommate who likes cleaning and is willing to share the cleaning task for common area.

A soft sofa and a very soft double bed， tables and chairs are included. Oven, washing machine and dish washing machine are also included.
