Hey there! I am Laureano and I am subletting my beloved Bedroom in my Shoreditch Flat share. Room will be available from December to January (’23). Ideal candidate would take the room for that period of time but we can add some flexibility to it if you are the right one!

The room comes fully furnished, including desk, chest of drawers, big TV screen and lots of closet space. Additionally, you get your own private bathroom.

Flat is located in prime Shoreditch area surrounded by lots of pubs and restaurants:
– 3 mins walk to Hoxton Overground Station
– 5 mins walk to Haggerston Park
– 10 mins walks to Shoreditch Highstreet Station

You would be sharing this 3 bedroom flat with two male professionals in their early 30s. Both are french but have been living in lots of places including London, NYC, Paris, Sao Paulo, Buenos Aires among others (all languages covered). They are both super kind and sociable people that enjoy sports, music, outdoor activities and love sharing a meal with friends every now and then.
